Duffy, Barbara Fulcher

Barbara Fulcher Duffy, 82, of Radford, passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2026. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thurman Fulcher and Lizzie Irene Roberts; her beloved husband, Finch Weston “Frank” Duffy; and her sister, Louise Warren.

Survivors include her son, Alan Duffy (DeEtta Ray); sister and brother-in-law, Linda Williams (Michael); many beloved nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 12 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Inurnment will follow at 2 p.m. in the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery in Dublin. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to the Radford Animal Shelter.
