Wills, Narcisa Mendoza

Narcisa Mendoza Wills, known to many as Narcy, went to sleep in the arms of Jesus on Thursday, June 11, 2026. She was born on January 2, 1942, in the Philippines where she met her husband, Ralph.

A scripture in the book of Ruth reminds us so much of our mom’s loyalty and love for our dad. Ruth 1:16-17 “… Where you go I will go and where you stay I will stay. Your people will be my people and your God will be my God. Where you die I will die , and there I will be buried…”. She was devoted to her husband and three daughters and adored the grandchildren they gave her. She enjoyed and was proud of her great grandchildren. She loved her husband’s big family and they loved her too. She will be missed by many who loved her but looked forward to being reunited in heaven with those she loved and missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jasmina & Loberato Jordan, husband Ralph Wills of 55 years and loving grandson, Ryan Wickline. Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Debra Moore (Carlos) of VA Beach, VA, Jo Ann Shelton (Mark) of Old Fort, NC, and Renee Simpkins (Garry) of Surfside Beach, SC. Grandchildren: Romeo Moore (Emily), Marissa Moore, Marina Neckenoff (David), Rafael Moore, Roman Moore, Joshua Shelton, Micaiah Fernandez (Danny), Hannah Moody (Chad), Great Grandchildren: Noah Moore, Elianah Moore, Malakai Shelton, Stevie Neckenoff, and Lilah Jo Fernandez. Special Friends: Vanessa Atwell and Diane & Waldo Graham, Grand-Dog Spartan.

Services to celebrate Narcy’s life will be held at Broyles- Shrewsbury Funeral Home in Peterstown, WV, on Monday, June 15, 2026, with Pete Dunford officiating. Receiving of family and friends will be from 1:00pm to 2:00pm followed by the service at 2:00PM. Graveside service will be held at the Peterstown Cemetery.
