Jarrell, Aeryn Faith 2Aeryn Faith Jarrell, age 14, of Blacksburg, passed away on Friday, October 30, 2026. She was born in Montgomery County on April 20, 2012.

She was a freshman at Blacksburg High School. She enjoyed swimming, Korean pop music, dancing, singing, and doing her hair and makeup. Aeryn was also a member of Capernaum.

She is survived by her parents, Ron and Colleen Jarrell; her brother, Dylan Jarrell; her paternal grandmother, Eleni Jarrell; her maternal grandparents, Grace and Jenson Ko; and her uncles, Patrick Ko and Tony Ko.

A memorial service and celebration of life will be held Saturday, November 7, 2026, at 2:00 pm at Blacksburg Christian Fellowship. A private graveside service will be held. The family will receive friends Thursday, November 5, 2026, from 4:00-7:00 pm at McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.

Aeryn’s favorite color was pink, and she loved sparkles. To honor her memory, feel free to wear those colors to her visitation and services.
