Riner man sentenced to 25 years

On April 21, 2026, Justin Blake Lochner, age 35, of Riner, was sentenced to a 25-year prison sentence for:

• Object sexual penetration
• Sodomy
• Aggravated Sexual Battery
• Indecent liberties with a child

This sentence is the result of a lengthy and thorough investigation by the Criminal Investigations Division at the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, which began in December 2023.

Sheriff Robert Page states, “Cases like this are among the most serious and important work we do. Protecting children and holding offenders accountable are top priorities for our office. These investigations take time, dedication, persistence, and unwavering support, but ensuring justice for our victims and the safety of our community makes every effort worthwhile.”
