Phelps, Paul Keith

Paul Keith Phelps, 69, of Pilot VA, passed away on October 27, 2026. Preceding him are his parents Curtis & Helen Phelps, of Gap Mills WVA; brother, Tommy Lynn Phelps of Seattle WA; nephew, Sgt. Curtis Freeman Greene of Fort Riley KS.

Loved ones who will forever cherish his memory are siblings, Karen Phelps and husband James of Pilot VA.; Ron Phelps and wife Regina of Atlanta GA; nieces & nephews Jessica Phelps of Atlanta GA.; Joshua Phelps and wife Mary Grace of Atlanta GA.; Crystal Phelps of North Carolina, Mary Morgan and husband Stanley of Buena Vista GA.; Doshia Pagan and husband Elvis of Roanoke VA.; Jim Goodwin of Pilot VA.; Robert Goodwin of Pilot VA.; his dog Angel.

Paul lived in Pilot for 20 years taking care of his sister, Karen and brother-in-law James. He has also taken care of the farm. He loves to cook, and loved nature, space and rock & roll.
