Miles, Phyllis Atkinson

Phyllis Atkinson Miles, 81, passed away Saturday, July 25, 2026, at her home in Christiansburg. She worked for many years in the deli at Wade’s Supermarket.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Oliver Spencer and Beatrice Boyd Atkinson; husband, Lewis Miles; and daughter, Kelly Moore Branscom.

Survivors include her daughter, Kimberly Moore; grandchildren, Renee Coleman and Spencer Doyle-Moore; 3 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; special friends, Kathy Huffman and Leantha Thornton; brother, Michael Atkinson (Diane); and many other relatives and friends.

Services will be private.
