Sending my deepest sympathies and condolences to the family. We both worked at Radford Arsenal when I met and got to know her. She was such a kind and caring person.

I was honored to know Wanda from Church and school as a young teenager. She was a joy and always so full of giggles and laughter. I have very good memories of her and her friendship. My warmest regards to her family. God’s got her!
