At 449 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Prices Fork to Bent Mountain to Northwest Smith Mountain Lake. Movement was southeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
