Hoover, Jacob Allen

Jacob Allen Hoover, beloved son, brother, and father, passed away on June 24, 2026, in Pulaski, Virginia. Born on March 12, 2005, in New Hampshire, Jacob’s journey through life, though tragically cut short, was marked by deep connections, unwavering loyalty to family, and an authentic spirit that touched the hearts of all who knew him.

Jacob was cherished by many throughout his life. He leaves behind his greatest pride and joy, his son, Oliver Fisher, whose presence brought warmth and light to Jacob’s days. Jacob’s legacy will also be lovingly remembered by his parents—Adam Jenna and Justine Jenna, as well as Mark and Bertha Hoover.

Jacob was a proud brother to Scott, Justin (Molly), Dominic, Damien, Adam Jenna Jr, Bently, and James Hoover. He is also deeply missed by his sisters Autumn Jenna, Alyah Hollins, and Jasmine Skillin. Each sibling shared a unique bond with Jacob. He was also an uncle to his nephew, Tucker Hoover.

Jacob’s life was centered around the love of family and the meaningful relationships he nurtured along the way. Whether spending quiet evenings with loved ones or supporting a sibling through a difficult moment, Jacob’s generosity and kindness made a lasting impact. Jacob had also enjoyed working being aware of others needs he was always willing to give the shirt off of his back. He was a carpenter by trade and enjoyed working on cars. In High school he enjoyed running track. He would spend his private time skateboarding and climbing trees.

In remembrance of Jacob’s life and to honor his memory, family and friends are invited to attend services held at Kendall Funeral Home, 605 Snidow St, Pembroke, Virginia 24136. Visitation will take place on July 3, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 1:00 p.m. at the same location. Funeral services will conclude in Angels Rest Memorial Gardens where he will be laid to rest.
