Debra “Debi” Mae Rhodes Barker, age 69 of Pulaski passed away Monday, July 20, 2026.

Born March 6, 1957 in Danville, Virginia she was the daughter of the late Howard Franklin & Heather Smith Rhodes. She was also preceded in death by her loving companion, soul mate and fiancée just last year, Kenneth Michael “Mike” Tolbert.
