WHAT…Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero expected.

WHERE…Portions of northwest North Carolina, southwest and west central Virginia, and southeast West Virginia.

WHEN…From 7 AM Sunday to 10 AM EST Monday.

IMPACTS…The very cold wind chills could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken. Frostbite and hypothermia may occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these conditions.

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
