Winds will pick up speed today and may cost us more downed trees & drifting snow back onto roadways. Temperatures will remain below freezing so watch for icy spots. Gusty northwest winds will arrive today. Winds could gust up to 45 mph for the highest elevations by this afternoon and evening. Colder air will also arrive tonight with wind chills falling below zero in the mountains by Friday morning.
