Notice for Patients of Real Life Ortho

Attention patients of Real Life Ortho: effective 11/30/2023 Real Life Ortho location is closing and will move their orthodontic care to the Real Life Dental Downtown Blacksburg practice and will continue to treat current patients until March 8, 2024.

Patients who would like to have their medical records sent to another dentist must provide written notice to the practice: info@reallifesmiles.com. Medical records will be forwarded to the patient, or the provider chosen by the patient, at the patient’s direction, pursuant to Virginia Code Section 32.1-127.1:03, and will be done so at no charge.
