Mitchell, Dixie Lee
Dixie Lee Mitchell, 83, of Willis, passed away on Thursday, November 28, 2024. She is preceded in death by her son, Lonnie Allen Mitchell.
Dixie was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and a devoted Christian.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Otto Richard Mitchell; son, Richard Mitchell (Brenda); daughters, Christine Snider (Lacy, Sr.) and Connie Stollar; grandchildren, Seth, Kay, Jennifer, and Lacy, Jr.; and great-grandchildren, Ben, Audrey, Kolbi, and Coleson.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 30, 2024 in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

Thank you so much. I’m Connie, Dixie and Otto’s daughter, yes you said it very well. Dads still alive I’m here with him just got back from funeral. We just had a graveside service. Thanks again

So sorry for your loss. I got to know Dixie while working at the Foundry. She was a remarkable woman. She loved her family very much.
