Memorial Day Closures & Changes

Blacksburg: Memorial Day is Monday, May 30 and the following operating schedule will be in place:

Town administrative offices will be closed.

There will be no BT service and BT offices will be closed.

Trash pickup in the SE quadrant is rescheduled for Wednesday, June 1. Please have all trash at the curb by 7am.

Blacksburg Community Center will be closed but open to previously scheduled camps.

Blacksburg Aquatic Center will be closed.

Christiansburg:In observance of Memorial Day, Town of Christiansburg facilities, including the Aquatic and Recreation Centers, will be closed on Monday, May 30.

Solid waste and recycling normally collected on Mondays will be collected on Tuesday, May 31, along with Tuesday’s regular collection.

Pulaski County: Pulaski County Offices will be closed Monday, May 30, 2022, in observance of Memorial Day.
The Pulaski County Public Service Authority Billing Office will be closed on Monday, May 30, 2022, in observance of Memorial Day. The Dora Highway, Pulaski, Bagging Plant Road, Dublin and Mason Street, Fairlawn Convenience Centers will be open on Monday, May 30, 2022, and garbage collection will remain on regular schedule.
