Labor Day Closures

Blacksburg: Labor Day is Monday, September 7 and is observed as a town holiday. The following operating schedules will be in place on September 7.

Town Offices: Town administrative offices will be closed.

Blacksburg Transit: Blacksburg Transit will operate on Intermediate Service and BT offices will be closed.

Community Center: The Blacksburg Community Center will be closed.

Aquatic Center: The Blacksburg Aquatic Center will be closed.

Trash Pickup: There will be no trash pickup in the SE Quadrant. Makeup service will be Wednesday, September 9. Please have all materials at the curb by 7am.

Christiansburg: In observance of Labor Day, Town facilities, including the Aquatic Center and Recreation Center, will be closed Monday, September 7.

Solid waste normally collected on Monday’s will be collected Tuesday, September 8, along with Tuesday’s regular collection

Dublin: The Town of Dublin will close at noon Friday, September 4. The town will be closed Monday, September 7th for the Labor Day holiday.
