Jones, Charlene Pettus

Charlene Pettus Jones, 71, of Fairlawn, passed away at her home on Tuesday, August 4, 2026. She was preceded in death by her brother, King “Junie” Harvey, III.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Darryl Jones, Jr. (Jessica); grandchildren, Darryl and Nevaeh; mother, Shirley Agnes Harvey; brother, Jeff Harvey; sisters and brothers-in-law, Marcindy Harris (Kevin) and Teresa Blake (William); uncle, Van Pettus; former husband, Darryl Jones, Sr.; and many other relatives and special friends.

The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until 12 p.m. on Friday, August 14, 2026, at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Funeral services will begin at 12 p.m. with Rev. Monte Brown officiating. Burial will follow in New River Cemetery in New River.
