Hall, C.L. Bubbie

Hall, C.L. Bubbie 2On Monday 08/10/2026 C.L. ” Bubbie” Hall received his ultimate reward of an eternal heavenly home! He was born August 16, 1956 in Crockett Springs VA.

Upon entering the gates of heaven, Bubbie was reunited with those gone before him. His sole mate and loving wife Dianne Hall, his parents Worley Hall and Deanna ‘Katie’ Hall, as well as his sister Karen ‘Sissy’ Hall. (In addition to many others from a list far too long to name, but all of which he was proud to greet!)

Bubbie leaves behind a legacy of faith, love and kindness. He was a simple man with a steadfast heart- someone who lived with a devotion to the Lord and showed love through his everyday life. He cherished all the people and families he built in this earthly life from the ballfield, fishing, hunting, and simply being the social butterfly that he was.

His greatest joys and blessing in this life were his children Chance and Heather. He loved them deeply, and his presence brought comfort, strength, discipline and security. In all he did, you could see the kind of love that doesn’t need to be loud- just true. Bubbie’s smile, words of wisdom, and charismatic heart will be deeply missed by all those fortunate to have known him.

Until his last breath on earth, his one wish and desire was for us all to make Heaven our home!

By doing that we will see him again.

Until then let us all take comfort in the memories he leaves behind and the example he set. Bubbie will be remembered not only for what he meant to his family, but for the faith that guided him and the love that surrounded those closest to him.

While only a few days short of his birthday here on earth, he has received the best present ever-to be in the presence of our Lord and savior!

2 Corinthians 5:8 (KJV) We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.

John 11:26 (KJV) And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?

A memorial service will be held Friday, August 14, 2026 at 6pm. The family will receive respects prior to the service, from 4pm – 6pm. To honor Bubbie’s style, if you wish to attend, come as you are, dressed causal/comfortable. Please, no flowers or plants, the family only desires your prayers!
