Guise, Sherry Turner

Sherry Lynn Guise, 53, of Blacksburg, VA, passed away surrounded by family on September 12, 2026. Born in Radford, VA, to the late Charles Turner Jr. and Allie Wilson Turner, Sherry was the eldest of three and protective big sister.

Sherry loved holiday family dinners, the geese migration in the fall, the beach, and most of all, her dog Squirt.

Left to cherish her memories are her siblings Linda and Brian Turner and fiancé Karina, her nieces and nephews Allie, Arabella, Anavea and Gavin, her partner to the very end, Sam Sapienza, and many friends.

Per Sherry’s wishes, she was cremated, and a private scattering will take place with close family and friends.
