Ashworth, Cheryl

Cheryl Ashworth, beloved wife and mother passed peacefully on August 25, 2026. She was surrounded by those who she loved dearly, in her favorite room as the sun passed through the windows. She is now rejoicing with her savior in a body that knows no pain or disease.

She was born in Melbourne, Florida on January 28, 1960. She was preceded in death by her mother and stepfather, Maxine and Jake Mink and her father, James Coleman. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Freddy Ashworth; daughter and son-in-law, Hannah Morgan (Cody); son, Coleman Ashworth; grandpups and grandkitties; numerous family members and very special friends.

The family will receive friends Saturday, August 29, 2026, from 10:00 – 1:00 pm at Valley Bible Church, 1300 2nd street, Radford, Virginia 24141.
