4/9: Pulaski County Target Election

Purpose of Election: To elect target area representative to sit on the Board of Directors of NRCA to represent Pulaski County. The Board manages the affairs and sets the policies for NRCA. NRCA has as its purpose to alleviate poverty in the New River Valley by such programs as Head Start, Children’s Health Improvement Partnership, Housing and Homeless Programs, VA CARES, Emergency Assistance, and outreach services for other human service agencies.
