2/20: Presidents Day

Montgomery County: The following Montgomery County offices and facilities will be closed in observance of President’s Day, Monday, Feb. 20, 2023:

County Administrative Offices
Health Department
Clerk of Circuit Court
Social Services
General District Court
Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court
Animal Care and Adoption Center
Montgomery Regional Solid Waste Authority Administrative Offices (Note: the landfill and recycling facility will be open from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.)
Montgomery-Floyd Regional Library
The Montgomery County Consolidated Sites will be open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., on Monday, Feb. 20.

Blacksburg:

The following schedules will be in place for the Presidents’ Day holiday on Monday, February 20:

Town Offices
Town administrative offices will be closed.

Blacksburg Transit
Operating on Full Service in Blacksburg. Visit https://ridebt.org for more information.

Blacksburg Community Center
Operating during regular hours.

Blacksburg Aquatic Center
Operating during regular hours.

Trash Pickup
There WILL be trash pickup in the southeast quadrant.

Christiansburg: Town Hall and the Aquatic Center will be closed. The Recreation Center will be open regular hours, but administrative offices will be closed.

Solid waste and recycling normally collected on Mondays will be collected on Tuesday, Feb. 21, along with Tuesday’s regular collection.

Dublin: Dublin Town Offices will be closed Monday, February 20, 2023. Garbage scheduled for pick-up on Monday will be picked up on Tuesday, February 21, 2023.

Pearisburg: Town office will be closed.
