Williams, Virginia Lee

Virginia Lee Williams, 96, of Peterstown, passed away Monday, July 15, 2024. She worked for Celanese for forty-two years. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of sixty-three years, Mason D. “Buddy” Williams.

She leaves behind a son, Donald Williams and wife Anita. Three grandchildren: Brain Williams and wife Sheri; Brad Williams and wife Becky; and Amy Williams. She was blessed with seven great grandchildren, Hunter Williams and Mia, Sydney Williams, Brady Williams, Preston Williams and Emma, Tanner McCroskey and Gracie, Kyler McCroskey, and Bentley McCroskey. She was also blessed with two great-great grandchildren, Mason Ross Williams and Dutton Grey Williams.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00AM on Thursday, July 18, 2024, at the Williams Family Cemetery in Green Valley with her grandson, Brad Williams officiating. Those wishing to attend the service are asked to meet at the cemetery at 11:00AM. Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.
