Taylor, Darlene Sowers

Darlene Sowers Taylor, 64 of Christiansburg passed away November 25, 2023. She was preceded in death by her parents, Houston Ray Sowers Sr. and Reba Sowers; and by her brother, Steve Sowers.

Darlene is survived by her children, Jon M. Linkous and wife Kelley, Joshua C. Linkous, Angela Cupp and husband David, Breanna Sowers; grandkids, Corey, Conner, Kristen, and Kailey Linkous, David Cupp, II and Islay Cupp; siblings, Doris Wright, Nancy Robertson and Houston Sowers, Jr.; nieces and nephews, Odessa, Stephanie, Matt, Ben; and her beloved dog, Rayen.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 1, 2023, from 12-1 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home. Funeral Services will begin at 1 p.m. in the Chapel. Interment will follow in Sunset Cemetery.
