Smith, Thomas Douglas

Thomas Douglas Smith “Doug”, age 61 of Radford passed away Monday, May 26th, 2025. He was born to the late James Douglas and Thelma Mae Smith on December 1st, 1963. He is also preceded in death by his brother, Michael Smith.

He is survived by his wife Teresa, daughters Katlin (Jeremy), Cassie (Matt), and Chelsea (Tim), and grandson Brayden Lawson. He is also survived by his brothers Lonnie (Tracy), Ronnie Dale, and numerous special nieces and nephews.

The family will have a private celebration of life.
