Smith, Suzanne Gregory

Suzanne Gregory Smith, 69 of Christiansburg, Virginia went to be with the Lord, on Saturday, April 27 with her family by her side.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Henry Gregory and Laura Clevenger Gregory.

Survivors include her husband of 42 years, Mark D “Butch” Smith, her dedicated son Mark Smith and special daughter-in-law Tara Smith. Special memories of coffee and getting nails done were made with granddaughter Laken Smith and she loved the memories made watching her grandson Nickolas Smith in his various sporting events. She has always supported them in every possible way since they were born.
Granny G’s love and support will continue to live on in their hearts.

In addition, she is survived by her sisters Kathy Westfall and Lynne Reynolds and brother John Gregory.

Suzanne was a retired Special Education Teacher of 39 years in the Russell County Virginia public schools. She attended North Fork Baptist Church in Ellett Valley.

Visitation with family will be held on Saturday, May 4th, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Combs-Hess Funeral Service located in Lebanon, Virginia with a memorial service following at 2:00 PM conducted by Rev. Danny Collins.
