Quintin, William Sei-Jin

Quintin, William Sei-Jin 2William Sei-Jin Quintin passed away on the morning of October 21, 2025 at 19 years old. Will was born November 4, 2005 in Seoul, South Korea and was adopted into the Quintin family at five months old.

As a child, Will was constantly smiling, laughing, and moving. He was always eager to try new things, climb trees, or wrestle with his brothers. As he grew up, Will made friends everywhere he went. When he went to Air Force basic training in Fall 2024, he wrote and received letters from family, friends, and church members. He was generous with his time and resources.

Will’s creativity came through in his sketches, cooking, and Lego creations. He had a natural talent for invention and artwork. His practical side gave him a knack for building and fixing things like his cars. The last job he held was in construction where he was able to use those skills and work with his friends.

Will is survived by his parents, Richard and Gwenn Quintin; siblings, Kira, Sara, Robin, Brad, Eric, and Marie Quintin; grandparents, Carol Reynolds, Dan Fuller, and Liz and Jeff Wampler; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A memorial service will be held at Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church (2101 Shadow Lake Rd, Blacksburg) at 11am on Saturday, October 25th, and will be live streamed here.. The service will be led by Pastors Taylor Rollo and Chris Hutchinson. Visitation with the family will begin at 10am and the service will be followed by a simple lunch.

Will loved to serve the people around him in practical ways. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church’s Mercy Fund via check or Tithe.ly with a note designating “Mercy Fund.” Resources will go to community members in need of assistance along with the gospel.
