Myers, Thomas Virgil

Thomas (“Mack”) Virgil Myers, 74, of Bland, VA, passed away Saturday, August 3, 2024. He was born June 14, 1950 in Bluefield, WV, the son of the late William and Mamie Myers.

Mack retired from Volvo and enjoyed farming in his retirement. He loved to dance and travel. He enjoyed collecting antiques.

Mack was preceded in death by his parents, William Virgil & Mamie Viola Blankenship Myers, his triplet children, Lisa Michelle, Joseph Virgil and Rita Renee and his brother-in-law, Raymond Havens.

Left to cherish his memory are his girlfriend, Darlene Jennings; his sister, Irma Havens; his nephews, Randy Carter and Steve Havens; 8 great-nieces and great-nephews; his ex-wife, Brenda Flora; several special cousins, friends and neighbors.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, August 11, 2024 at 3:00 P.M. at A. Vest & Sons Funeral Home Chapel, White Gate, with Pastor Delores Caldwell and Pastor Philip Buttery officiating. Burial will follow in Shiloh Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 P.M. until service time, 3:00P.M.
