Missing Pulaski Man

The Pulaski Police Department is attempting to locate a missing 33-year-old male. Paul Michael Hanks was last seen on video in the area of Food Lion (1200 East Main Street) in Pulaski, VA on Monday May 6th, 2024, around 7:45am. Hanks was traveling on foot and appeared to be heading towards the Hiwassee/Allisonia area on the New River Trail. There were possible sightings of Hanks on the trail at approximately 9:00am. Hanks used to live in that area and is known to frequent caves off of the trail. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie or jacket, blue jeans, and a small backpack.
