Mink, Arnold Eugene

Arnold Eugene Mink, age 83, of Blacksburg, died, Thursday, March 28, 2024. He was born in Harrisonburg, VA on May 3, 1940, to the late James Cecil and Audrey Taylor Mink. He was also preceded in death by his brother, James Mink, and sister, Dolores Mink.

Arnold served 3 years in the U.S. Army and earned a good conduct and sharpshooter metal. He also worked at First Virginia Bank of S.W., New River Nissan, and Kroger.

He is survived by his loving partner of 34 years, Polly Myers, and her family; daughter, Tracy Morris; granddaughter, Taylor Morris; sisters, Sandra Graham, Melonie “Sue” Somers, Rebecca “Becky” Beckner.

Military services will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery, Dublin.
