Love, Eddie Duane
Eddie Duane Love, age 55, of Radford died, Friday, September 5, 2025 at New River Valley Medical Center. He was born in Radford, Va. on August 30, 1970. He is preceded in death by his father, Raymond Jackson Love, great-grandmother, Nettie Allen, grandmother, Ocie Love, brother, Robert Jackson Love.
He is survived by his wife, Lorrie Bandy Love, daughter, Bryanna Love, step-sons, Darrell Allen, Joshua Allen (Mecca), sister, Stormie Wilson (Harold), brother, Bobby Joe Wilson.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Red Cross or monetary and blood donations in his name.
The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 pm Friday, September 12, 2025 at McCoy Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Dr. SW, Blacksburg.

Love, Eddie… I love this header, although “Love” was Eddie’s last name. We never met in-person but we talked quite a bit on FB. He was an animal lover just like I am and when I had exhausted my resources caring for my beloved Skooter (my bearded dragon that passed away a year ago), Eddie willingly sent $25 to my PayPal account. When you have nothing left, $25 means A LOT and you never forget people like this. I will NEVER forget Eddie Love. He was one precious soul. My thoughts and prayers go out to Eddie’s family and close friends. What a man!

Lorrie, I am so sorry to hear this about Eddie.we were friends on Facebook for over a year and 1/2. He was a very sweet man. I will be keeping you and your family in my prayers 🙏🙏
