Linkous, Anthony Gene
Anthony Gene “Stick” Linkous, age 68, of Blacksburg died, Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at Lewis Gale Hospital Montgomery. He was born in Christiansburg, Virginia on July 6, 1957, to the late Garland Eugene Linkous and Lorraine Reba Hamlin Linkous. He was also preceded in death by his wife Belinda Anita Linkous.
He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Sharon Rowland (Dan); nephew, Christoper Linkous; and great-nephew, Auston Abdi.
There will be no services at this time.

I am so sorry to hear of “Sticks” passing. He and I had a good working relationship. He knew every building on campus like the back of his hand. He will be truly missed.
