Gallimore, Gary Ray

Gary Ray Gallimore, age 61, of Wytheville VA, passed away Saturday, February 7, 2026. Born June 7, 1964 in Pulaski VA, he was the son of Minnie Branscome Gallimore and late Charles Gallimore.

He was gentle and caring. He cared deeply for his family. He was an avid fisherman.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one brother, Tony Lynn Gallimore.

Survivors include his mother, Minnie Gallimore of the home; one brother, Barry Gallimore and wife Shannon; special friends, Charles Foster and Angie Foster.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, February 12, 2026, at 2 P.M. at Barnett Funeral Home with Pastors Gerry Jonas and Matt Linkous officiating. Burial will follow at West End Cemetery. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
