Delinquent customers may be subject to disconnect
Beginning Jan. 18 at 7:30 a.m., the Town of Christiansburg will be disconnecting water service for customers delinquent on their utility bills and payment plans.
Customers have been notified monthly with their bills of their past due payments. Their most recent bills states that payments are due by Jan. 18 at 7:30 a.m., otherwise customers are subject to disconnect and a $25 restoration fee. If you are unsure if you have past due payments, please contact the Finance Department at 540-382-9519 or visit them at Town Hall (100 E. Main St.) weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Town of Christiansburg offers its customers payment plans for their utility bills. To set up a payment plan with the Town, visit them at Town Hall (100 E. If you are delinquent on your account, meaning you have past-due payments on your utility bills or are past due on your payment plan, as of Jan. 18 at 7:30 a.m., Public Works crews will be dispatched to disconnect your water service and a $25 restoration fee will be applied to your account.
