Community Health Assessments are underway – and Carilion Clinic needs your input!

Carilion partners with community leaders to conduct Community Health Assessments (CHA) every three years. Carilion’s goal is to uncover potential issues and see where it can contribute to the overall health of the communities they serve.

To understand the health needs of our region, we need input from the people who live in our communities. Please help Carilion by taking time to complete the short CHA survey here.
