The Washington County Virginia Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate a missing 20-year-old female. Haley Nicole Seats was last seen on foot leaving a relative’s house on February 26, 2024, around 5:00 p.m. near exit 10 in Bristol, VA. She told her relative she was going outside to smoke and hasn’t been seen or heard from since. Haley has a medical condition and may need medical attention. She was last seen wearing black jogger sweatpants, a black hoodie, and white Air Force One shoes.
