AEP lowering water levels on Claytor Reservoir 2With the National Weather Service forecasting heavy rainfall over the next few days that could impact flows on the New River, Appalachian Power is lowering the water levels on the Claytor Reservoir, expecting to reach 1,842 feet by noon tomorrow, May 12.
