Crab Creek Beautification Phase II

The Crab Creek Beautification Phase II Project, a BMP installation cost share program, is in full swing. Inquiries and applications are rolling in for the installation of planter boxes, rain barrels, conservation landscaping, trees & shrubs and the removal of impervious surfaces.

These activities help the Crab Creek Watershed through the control of sediment and erosion, the treatment and infiltration of stormwater, as well as the conservation of water through water smart practices.

The project types listed may receive funding for 70% – 100% of their installation cost. Applications for funding are now open and the NRVRC is ready to help applicants. More information on the project and the project inquiry form can be found at: https://engagenrv.org/crab-creek-beautification
