Caldwell, Lisa Marie
Lisa Marie Caldwell, age 60, of Dublin, Virginia, passed away on July 30, 2026. She was born on November 6, 1965, in Radford, Virginia, and lived a life marked by love, family, and the simple joys that made each day meaningful.
Lisa was a devoted daughter, sister, aunt, and friend whose presence brought warmth and comfort to those around her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paris Leonard Caldwell Jr. and Doris Hinkley Caldwell, as well as her brother, Don Caldwell, and special furbaby, PJ. Their memories remained close to her heart throughout her life, and she carried forward the strength and values they instilled in her.
She is survived by her sisters, Linda Carroll, and Barbara “Bunny” Fithian (Michael). Lisa also leaves behind a loving circle of nieces and nephews, including Terra, Tiffany, Cheyenne, William, Cody, Christopher Polly, and Neil; along with many great-nieces and great-nephews, including Hailey, Eczavier, Trinity, Lily, Chelsea, Layla, Evelyn, Laela, Dawson, and Weston. She shared a special bond with her dear friend, Etta Huss, whose companionship and support meant a great deal to her over the years.
Lisa made her living through production work, where she was known for her steady work ethic and dependable nature. Outside of work, Lisa found joy in the things that made her happiest and most relaxed. She enjoyed fishing, spending time outdoors, and taking comfort in the peace that came with a quiet day by the water. She also liked playing games on her phone, a pastime that brought her amusement and a little lighthearted escape. Most of all, she treasured time spent with her nieces, nephews, and family, and she made lasting memories through the laughter, stories, and everyday moments they shared together.
The family will receive friends at a time of visitation on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 from 5:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Parrott Church of God. A funeral service will follow on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 6:00 PM in the Parrott Church of God with Pastor Eddie Dalton officiating.
