Virginia’s First Industrial Facility Authority is holding a special called meeting of its Board of Directors on Monday, August 3, 2026 at the Pulaski County Innovation Center, New River Room at 9:30AM

Request from Pulaski County for an informational public meeting in regards to data centers

The New River Valley Commerce Park is owned and managed by the Virginia’s First Regional Industrial Facility Authority (VFRIFA). The VFRIFA was created in 1999 to enhance the economic base for the member localities by developing, owning and operating one or more facilities on a cooperative basis. The Authority is composed of 11 member governments. Without the collective support of VFRIFA members, the New River Valley Commerce Park could not have been developed.
