It’s been quite some time since we have seen you, but love has no timeline. We don’t know what you were going through, but God does. We don’t know what led you down this difficult path, but God knows every hurt, every struggle, and every burden you carried. One thing we do know is that we will see you again. The love of God is everlasting, and nothing can separate us from His love (Romans 8:38–39).
Rest peacefully in His loving arms. As the Scriptures remind us, “To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord” (2 Corinthians 5:8). Our heartfelt condolences and prayers are with our family, and everyone who loved you as we walk this difficult journey of grief together. May God’s peace, comfort, and strength surround us all in the days ahead.
Love you always.
Your Cousins, Kojo, Sheila and Ayanna Marshall
Aunt Sue, Angela Hope and Michael Patterson. Our hearts ache for all of you.
