Brush Mountain Trail Closure Maintenance: April 28

Beginning on Tuesday, April 28, crews with the New River Land Trust will complete maintenance on the following Brush Mountain trails: The upper portion of “Chasers”, the lower portion of “Slytherin”, and “Grinder”. These trails will be temporarily closed while work is in progress and will be marked with signage and caution tape both above and below the work area.

Trails “Wavelength”, “Mineral Way”, and “Blunderbuss” will have intermittent work throughout the week, with signage posted while crews are working. Trails will be passable, but riders should expect to slow down or walk their bikes around maintenance sections.

The trails will reopen as work is completed.
