MISSING ENDANGERED ADULT

The Smyth County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating 39-year-old Andrew Mark Billings, who was last seen on March 29, 2026, between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. in the Horseshoe Bend area of Chilhowie, Virginia.

Authorities believe his disappearance may indicate he is in danger.
