Get your heart pumping and energy flowing with this fun, low-impact aerobics class! Designed to be easy on the joints while still providing a great cardiovascular and strength workout. This class is perfect for beginners, active older adults, or anyone looking for a gentler way to stay fit.
Expect a different workout each time, including combinations of simple, rhythmic movements with upbeat music to improve endurance, coordination, and overall fitness—without jumping or high-impact moves. Resistance bands and light equipment may be incorporated to improve cardiovascular health, build muscle, and increase flexibility—all while staying grounded and supported. Chairs will be available for help with balance!

Join us for a supportive and accessible chair yoga class designed to cultivate and embody practicing using functional movements, gentle stretching, mindful breathing and inquiry-based somatic techniques. This class offers a unique opportunity to connect with the body’s innate wisdom. Through guided movement explorations, we will focus on embracing daily functionality, increasing flexibility, and improving breath awareness- all while seated of using the chair for support.
Inquiry-based somatic techniques will guide you to listen deeply to your body sensations and respond with curiosity and kindness, rather than force. Whether you are new to yoga, managing a physical limitation, or simply seeking a gentle yet profound way to move, this class provides tools to find comfort, mobility, and presence in your everyday life. Bikini and Boardshort Bootcamp

This invigorating bootcamp will involve cardio room workouts as well as work outs on the pool deck and in the water. Be prepared to make a splash and break a sweat! Workouts will vary weekly and take place in the cardio room as well as competition pool and deck but will include weight training, interval training, lap swimming, etc. Modifications will be available. Guaranteed to hit all the right muscles and have you ready to conquer the rest of your day! *Tennis shoes and athletic clothes will be needed as well as swimsuits and/or dry fit clothing. Intro to The Competition Pool Stroke Clinic

Our stroke introduction class is perfect for those who are already able to swim independently and are looking to improve their technique and endurance in the water.
