Rader, Alfred Randolph

Alfred Randolph “Randy” Rader, age 80, passed away after a short bout with cancer on September 21, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Edward Rader and Stella Wood Rader and a brother, Wayne Rader.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 34 years, Sylvia Rader; daughter, Michele Durfee; son, Kennith Martin and wife Eva; sister, Kay Tabor and husband Tim; six grandchildren, Nick Jarrett, Clinton Martin, Gordon Martin, Lindsey Rader, Gabriella Martin, and Olivia Rader.

Randy will have a military honors service at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery in Dublin, Virginia on October 10, 2024 at 1:00 PM. Friends and family may attend to pay their respects if they wish.
