10/10: Christiansburg Fire Parade

Join us on Main Street Tuesday, Oct. 10, for our annual Fire Prevention Parade. Local emergency response vehicles will drive through downtown in celebration of Fire Prevention Week.

While the parade is scheduled to begin at its usual 7 p.m. time, the Town invites citizens to come out before to enjoy Touch-A-Truck and the Scoops Ice Cream truck from 5:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.

On October 10, Main Street from Park Street to N Franklin Street and Roanoke Street from Main Street to First Street will close to through traffic at 5:30 p.m. Radford Road from Main Street to Depot Street will close at 6:45 p.m. All streets will reopen at 8 p.m.
