6/4: Families Free at Wonder Universe

As prices rise for entertainment options this season, families are being invited to enjoy a free day of fun and discovery at Wonder Universe in Christiansburg tomorrow, June 4. United Way of Southwest Virginia will be hosting a family fun day with prizes and giveaways, learning experiences, and a chance for the whole family to enjoy the day free of charge.

The children’s museum offers 18 different play and learning areas, many of which are ideal for photos and video for weekend news stories. A quiet area will be set aside for interviews, and b-roll opportunities will abound. Wonder Universe is located at 782 New River Road, Suite 812 in Christiansburg. Hours are from 9:30 a.m. – 12:30p.m. and 2 p.m. – 5 p.m.
