4/20: Uninvited: The Spread of Invasive Species 4

On Saturday, April 20 from 2-4pm, in partnership with the Town of Blacksburg and the Fralin Life Sciences Institute Global Change Center at Virginia Tech, the Invasive Species Collaborative (ISC) at Virginia Tech will host film screening, “Uninvited: The Spread of Invasive Species” at the Lyric Theater.

“Uninvited” introduces the concept of invasive species and explains how diverse partnerships and strategies can be used to prevent the spread of harmful species. Following the screening, a panel of invasive species professionals will be on hand to answer audience questions. Participants can also expect complimentary popcorn and drinks.
