WHO: The best and brightest middle and high school students from DC, MD, and VA pit their robots against the FIRST POWERPLAY Challenge Presented by Raytheon Technologies for a spot at the FIRST Chesapeake FIRST Tech Challenge Championship Sponsored by Capital One.
