Yellow Sulphur Apartments Rezoning Request

RZN-25-4-Yellow Sulphur Apartments PRD rezoning request at 3503 Holiday Lane.
This is a request to rezone from General Commercial (GC) to Planned Residential (PR) to construct a multi-family residential community consisting of four (4) four-story apartment buildings and a two-story standalone community and leasing center.
The following meetings have been scheduled to review the application:
Neighborhood Meeting: Thursday, June 5, 2025, 5:30 pm in the Blacksburg Motor Company Building at 400 S. Main Street.
Planning Commission Public Hearing: Tuesday, July 1, 2025, 6:30 pm in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 300 S. Main Street.
